Terms and Conditions

All purchases through our website are subject to product availability. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel the quantities offered on our website or limit the sales of our products or services to any person or household.

Prices for our products are subject to change, without notice. Unless otherwise indicated, prices displayed on our website are quoted in United Stated dollars (USD).

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse orders that are illegal, out of our delivery area or cannot be filled. Prior authorization from We Deliver Cancun is needed for special orders.

The images on our website are for reference only. The delivered items may look different or be another brand – unless stated otherwise. Every effort is made to match as closely as possible, depending on availability on the day of purchase. If you agree to a substitution, a suitable alternative will be made to the same value or greater, to try and match as closely as possible the original request.

The use of our website is at your sole risk, and you assume full responsibility for any costs associated with your use of our website. We will not be liable for any damages of any kind related to the use of our website. We Deliver Cancun is not the producer of any product and do not guarantee their safety or freshness. We hand pick the freshest fruits, vegetables and meats and items that have not expired.

We collect and use your Personal Information to provide you with the product or service you have requested and to offer you additional products and services we believe you might be interested in.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel your order, please send us written notice or call at least 72 hours before the delivery date. Orders cancelled between 71 and 24 hours before your scheduled arrival will be refunded the amount of the delivery fee, tip if applicable, plus a 5% restocking fee.  Orders cancelled on the day of delivery will only receive a refund of the delivery fee and tip if applicable, as all items will have been purchased and are not refundable at the supermarkets.

You will be refunded by the method you used. Refunds will be processed within 72 hours from time of cancellation.

We recommend you purchase independent travel insurance to mitigate any losses you may incur from a cancellation.
